DESCRIPTION:Einer der großen Höhepunkte des Europäischen Kulturerbejahres wird der European Cultural Heritage Summit „Sharing Heritage – Sharing Values“ sein\, der vom 18.-24. Juni 2018 in Berlin stattfindet. Der Summit wird organisiert durch Europa Nostra\, der Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz und das Deutsche Nationalkomitee für Denkmalschutz und durch die Europäische Union über das Programm Kreatives Europa unterstützt.\nZentrale Veranstaltungen\, wie eine hochrangige politische Debatte und die Preisverleihung des EU-Preises für Kulturerbe/ Europa Nostra Award\, werden am 21./22. Juni 2018 stattfinden.

SUMMARY:StuCo 2018 - international colloquium for students and interns
DESCRIPTION:Sharing Heritage! The StuCo 2018 \nThe “8th Student Colloquium” will take place on the 23rd and 24th June 2018 at the Academy of Fine Arts (HfBK) in Dresden\, Germany.\nDue to the European Cultural Heritage Year 2018 the “Conservator-Restorers in Training (RiA)” would like to offer a possibility of exchange and networking to all European students and interns of conservation- and restoration sciences.\n\nBy sharing our knowledge about the conservation and restoration of heritage\, we are able to preserve our common European cultural heritage. Therefore\, they are very happy to warm-heartedly invite the European neighbors to the annual “Student Colloquium” in Germany for the first time. \nIt is the 8th student colloquium but it will be the first with an international focus. Similarly to the years before the RiA would give you the chance to present your projects you work on at your university. But\, you are also invited to present your posters. \nAs always they invite you to present your projects or work in form of presentations and posters to the mixed group of other students. Apart from the presentations and posters they organise the traditional evening-barbecue. \nThe VDR interest group would be delighted if you would join their event. \n  \nSharing-Heritage! Das Stuko 2018 \nAnlässlich des Europäischen Kulturerbejahrs 2018 (ECHY) möchte die Interessengruppe Restauratoren in Ausbildung (RiA) das jährliche Studierendenkolloquium nutzen\, um Studierende der Restaurierung aus ganz Europa besser zu vernetzen. Der Austausch an Wissen und Erfahrungen soll dazu beitragen\, das gemeinsame europäische Kulturerbe zu erhalten und zu pflegen. \nDas zweitägige Kolloquium wird von Studierenden für Studierende organisiert und findet am 23. und 24. Juni. 2018 an der Hochschule für Bildende Künste (HfBK) in Dresden statt. \nWie auch in den vergangenen Jahren möchten die RiA die Gelegenheit geben Praktika- und Studienprojekte in Form von Präsentationen vorzustellen. Außerdem wird es auch wieder möglich sein wissenschaftliche Poster zu präsentieren. \nZusätzlich möchten die RiA auch in diesem Jahr das Stuko für das Interessengruppentreffen nutzen\, um Projekte zu besprechen und Anregungen für die Zukunft mitzunehmen. \nDie Restauratoren in Ausbildungen freuen sich über eine rege Teilnahme! \nProgram \nRegistration \n1st March – 24th May \nPlease use the online-registration at the end of this site. SUMMARY:VDR auf dem Mitmachmarkt "Wir erben"
DESCRIPTION:Am Sonntag\, dem 24. Juni\, findet im Rahmen des European Cultural Heritage Summit „Sharing Heritage – Sharing Values“ am Berlin-Tag auf dem Gendarmenmarkt ein Mitmach-Markt unter dem Motto „WIR ERBEN“! statt. Dieser wird von der Berliner Senatsverwaltung für Kultur und Europa veranstaltet. Der VDR wird selbstverständlich auch von 11-17 Uhr mit einem Stand vertreten sein! Gemeinsam mit der Fachhochschule Potsdam und der HTW Berlin geben die Restauratoren einen Einblick in ihr Tätigkeitsfeld und Gelegenheit\, selbst einige restauratorische Tätigkeiten praktisch zu erproben.\nGeboten wird voraussichtlich das Mikroskopieren von Ansichtsmaterial\, das Retuschieren an Dummies\, das Kleben von Scherben und auch das Bemalen von Putztafeln. Ein Programm also für Klein und Groß. Und selbstverständlich haben die Restauratoren auch jede Menge Informationsmaterial zum Mitnehmen im Gepäck.
