SUMMARY:Tagung "Klimazone Kirche"
DESCRIPTION:Die interdisziplinäre Tagung der HAWK Hochschule Hildesheim/Holzminden/Göttingen vom 16.-18. Januar 2019 in Hildesheim thematisiert das Klima in Kirchen mit besonderer Berücksichtigung des Schadenspotentials auf die nicht fest eingebaute Innenausstattung\, also vor allem auf Altäre\, Skulpturen\, Gemälde und Orgeln. Dabei sollen die Auswirkungen des Innen- und Außenklimas auf den Baukörper und auf die wandfeste Ausstattung\, also auf Stein\, Wandmalerei und Glas\, ebenfalls im Blick bleiben. Die Behebung der klimatisch bedingten Schäden\, wie z. B. der Verlust von Bild- und Fassungsschichten\, mikrobieller Befall\, Wirkung bauschädlicher Salze oder Verschmutzung\, stehen indes nicht im Fokus dieser Tagung. \nWeitere Informationen zur Tagung

DESCRIPTION:The Victoria and Albert Museum in London has collected copies in plaster\, electrotype and photography since its inception. Joining us to discuss the functions and fates of historic copy collections will be experts from Goldsmiths\, University of London\, Crawford Art Gallery\, University of Glasgow\, Rijksmuseum van Oudheden\, Sir John Soane’s Museum\, Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and many more.
