SUMMARY:15th ICOM-CC Wet Organic Archaeological Materials Working Group Conference
DESCRIPTION:Die 15. Konferenz der Arbeitsgruppe Wet Organic Archaeological Materials (WOAM) des Dachverbandes International Council of Museums – Committee for Conservation (ICOM-CC) wird vom 30. Januar – 3. Februar 2023 am Römisch-Germanischen Zentralmuseum\, Leibniz-Forschungsinstitut für Archäologie in Mainz stattfinden. \nOn behalf of the Joint Organising Committee\, we are delighted to announce the 15th session of the ICOM CC WOAM working group to be held in Mainz\, Germany at the “Leibniz Zentrum für Archäologie” from January 30 until February 3\, 2023. Originally scheduled to take place in Kazan\, Russia\, but/and due to the tense political situation these days\, our institute\, which feels committed to the transfer and dissemination of conservation science knowledge in the field of archaeology and its neighbouring disciplines\, steps in as an alternative venue for the conference now. \nFor further information and registration
