We are pleased to invite you to submit an abstract for the International Conference – Materiality and Color in Modernist Architecture: From Science to Everyday Heritage Conservation Practice, to be held in Berlin from 7–9 May 2026. Organised by the Landesdenkmalamt Berlin, ICOMOS Germany, TU Munich, and HfBK Dresden, the conference will address the role of materiality and color in modernist architecture, focusing on surface aesthetics, restoration history, material analysis, and interdisciplinary approaches in conservation practice.
